1: "File manager" module?

In the latest documentation at arsdigita.com, there is a module called "file manager", which seems to be some kind of CVS-based document sharing system. Does it really exist yet? Is it being ported to OpenACS? I can't seem to find out anything about it.

I think this will be a 4.0 thing, but am not 100% sure that it won't come out earlier.

It looks like it could be extremely cool if it's done well. I know a lot of organizations that could really use a tool like that.
