We (MIT Sloan) are postponing the RFP until the dotLRN Boards (User Advisory Board, Technical Advisory Board) and the community have had sufficient time to review and comment on the proposal. It is still our intention to go forward with the project but we want to ensure that the community has sufficient time to think through the implications and that we are following an orderly process.
