The main components of OpenACS openacs-system and dotLRN .LRN are available as a native Win32 port for Windows XP and Vista. This means it is possible for someone to run OpenACS and DotLRN natively as a Win32 application on Windows XP or Windows Vista (no Cygwin or  VMware needed) .
