Defined in packages/workflow/tcl/role-procs.tcl

Parse the spec for an individual role definition.

Switches:

-workflow_id

(required)

The id of the workflow the role should be added to.

-short_name

(required)

The short_name of the role

-spec

(required)

The roles spec
