I like the idea, but perhaps this should be the official way, and the official docs would then continue to describe how to improve your installation to make it a production level server, with backups, etc..

Otherwise, we're going to get a million questions on the differences between the different documents.

I think this is a really good idea, however. This is probably one of the largest barriers to entry for OpenACS.
