Of course, we need to write many of the features, but it is definitely a good start.

Dave, I posted a link to the list in your other thread, then I remembered something else. Zope is usually listed, at least in the category of 'Framework'. In my opinion OpenACS is much further along than Zope in this regard, plus it already has a cms specific development environment.
