It would be nice to have an IDE like Eclipse (eclipse.org) that could generate an openacs package. Any ideaas about how to go about this?

There will be a student in my lab (next year) working on EML (an educational modelling language) probably using ArgoUML. He might be working in getting the UML tool to generate things that could be used by dotLRN & openacs.
