Ok, I'm sold and ready to get started. Only one question, how much of
the ACS/oracle library has been ported to ASC/pg?

Quite a bit actually. We're still working on the latest 3.2 stuff, but out of ACS 3.1.5, I would say 75-80% has been ported. Check out the release notes for each version (right under the download button).
