Does it support webdav?  Or something?  Or this is really useless for OACS?

Only the developer of Nvu uses Nvu at the moment.  It is not yet available for download.

Nvu is the old Mozilla Composer, just being updated and with a new name. The project leader of MozCom is building Nvu. It's not released yet, but will promise to be a very cool app.
