Yes, it's *very* important that we not make the same kind of
mistakes that the ACS has sprinkled throughout, with direct
references to module locations and home pages.

The context bar has an option for not displaying the workspace,
and you could easily layer an abstraction on top of that to
prepend a link to the homepage. Just because it's Tcl doesn't
mean it can't be carefully designed for reuse :)
