Scripts for upgrading from 3.2.2 final to 3.2.4 will be provided, but currently there are no plans when it comes to beta versions. That's why we labeled them beta, so we could continue to improve the data model without worrying about backwards compatibility. If someone has a lot of free time on their hands, we're certainly open to receiving and including upgrade scripts in the distribution. However, you'll find that it's quite difficult in some situations to "do the right thing" when upgrading the data model.
