Here's what I get when I try to go to the ticket admin pages
(new-ticket admin didn't seem to exist..)

Server Error

The server encountered a configuration or operating system error while
attempting to satisfy your request.

Here is the error I go in the Postgres server:
ERROR: parser: parse error at or near "("

Any ideas?

You should check past questions about this.... The ticket module is NOT ported, as it is replaced by new-ticket. Try that instead. I think we will remove the old ticket module from OpenACS 3.2.4 at this point to prevent further confusion.
