I've installed LAMS in my machine and I've integrated it in dotLRN.
I've configured both LAMS and dotLRN in order to work, but when I try to create a new LAMS package from dotLRN it seems that dotLRN doesn't connect to LAMS server. An empty new windows pops up.
I've followed the instructions given in the LAMS web site.

Anyone can help me? Any idea?

As Dave mention in his posting, check that the URLs connecting both .LRN and LAMS are correct.

Here's an animation that walks you thru the process of integration. If this is all configured properly, see any error messages in the LAMS logs.

BTW, do you get to see the list of LAMS sequences from .LRN? (this is the screen that shows the LAMS sequences in a folder like structure).

We had a look at the log and it seems that it's trying to create a lams user (lrn_7005) which already exists in lams_user; the trouble is, there should be a matching row in lams_ext_user_userid_map, but there isn't. Either delete or rename lrn_7005 in lams_user, or insert the appropriate row in lams_ext_user_userid_map (probably renaming is easiest).

OK, we had a look at the log you sent me but we can't be sure of the previews changes, so let me suggest you to change the "Prefix:" value for your integrated server.

To do so, login in LAMS as sysadmin and then go to the Sys Admin Menu, and then "Maintain integrated servers". There find the server you have integrated with .LRN and click on Edit. Change the Prefix to some other value rather than the one that it has now.

Try the integration again and that should do the trick.

If it doesn't send me a database dump (from LAMS) so we can have a closer look.

I'm sure this is a very simple problem, but we don't seem to be getting it right from the logs.
