Does anyone use OpenACS with the Oracle 9i client? With nsoracle 2.7? I'm looking for a configuration of 9i client that will work. Especially environment variables (PATH, INCLUDEPATH, LD_LIBRARY_PATH, ORACLE_HOME, etc), which compat libraries you've installed, and tnsnames.ora + sqlnet.ora if possible.

Any information at all would be helpful, even just the fact that it's worked for someone.

it sounds like you have problems installing Oracle 9i and haven't been able to setup Oracle 9i succesfully. Is that correct?

If so, what platform are you installing Oracle on?
