I have followed the entire documentation for the installation however
I seem to have gone wrong somewhere. The error is that there is some
tables called content_sections and spam_history which are not getting
created. Can anyone suggest which step deals with these tables or
where we could have gone worng.

You may need to download from CVS.  I know I fixed stuff in the spam module after the release.

(Ben, we need to wrap up that 3.2.5 release!)

Even I am having problems with the openacs installation and am quite new to the ACS environment. Can someone just tell me where do I find the complete updated downloadable rpm version.
