OSCOM (Open Source Content Mangement
http://oscom.org) has a OpenACS Developers aggregator as part of their Planet OSCOM feature.

In addition anyone who writes about open source content management in general is invited to submit a OSCOM specific RSS feed to the main Planet OSCOM aggregator. http://www.oscom.org/planet-oscom/ This is very nice to see what is up in other open source wweb application developer communities.
(This is why I wanted to add category specific RSS to OpenACS Weblogger.)
In addition OpenACS is listed on the OSCOM Matrix http://www.oscom.org/matrix/openacs.html and http://www.oscom.org/matrix/index.html although the entry needs to be improved a bit.
