Forum OpenACS Development: OpenACS Port Meetings

I would like to offer space at our offices in Brooklyn for scheduled
meetings and discussions about the porting effort. I figure it may be
helpful if we can get some people in the same room to
chat/argue/throw things at one another during the porting effort.

If people think that would be helpful, let me know. Our office is
just across the Brooklyn Bridge with plenty of subways around us so
it's pretty easy to get here.

I know we're distributed all over the place, but if there are people
within a reasonable distance of NYC that would like to meet I think
it could be helpful.

When I get my list of volunteers put together I'll ask for folks to tell me their physical location.  I'm unlikely to make it to NYC because my next visit to the east coast will be to help my girlfriend move back here (assuming Tufts grants her that MS Engineering degree she's been working on!)  For me it would be much easier to meet in Boston.  I won't be there 'til end of May anyway.

Of course, Ben's in NYC and you're in NYC and Feldstein's in the Catskills (which is where we should really meet, eh?) so who cares about me :)

ya, i figured that boston would be the natural place for this type of thing, but i don't think that i've got office space there.

unless... (more later. something may come up.)

You folks are welcome to come to my palace in the Catskills. Of course, you'd have to live with a dial-up connection at 28.8...

Hey Guys,

I'd like to offer some dates for the meetings:

Friday, April 13 (oooo... spooky) at around 7:00 PM

Friday, April 20 at around 7:00 PM

Saturday, April 21 at around 5:00 PM

How are those dates?

Face time is always good for collaboration.

The 20th or 21st would be best for me.

I am in Boston. (the rest of Civilution is in Seattle)

Well, Erik, we can also offer space to meet in Boston!

We have an office in Cambridge (actually, we have a "space" in cambridge) that we can hold meetings as well.

More about when soon.

I definitely couldn't make a 4/13 meeting, but I might be able to make the 20th or 21st.

I would like to attend a meeting. 4/21 is best for me. I am in Albany so NY or Boston is fine (although I personally like Boston better)
