Forum .LRN Q&A: Add a link to a package in dotLRN

Hello

I would like to know, is there a way by which I can add a link to my package on the main OpenACS/dotLRN web site. I know that one can go to a link like --

http://someserver.com/notes where notes is the package installed. However, I want a link to the notes package on the main site, so that users can click on it and they would be redirected to the desired package.

Thanks

If your question was whether the same link should work for any package then you can use redirect package

Dear Harish

Thanks for the response. But what I need to know is that there should be a link available for my package to click on the main site along with other links like

Classes, Control Panel, Forums, etc

I know that one can add portlets but it does not allows to add any new portlets except the exisiting four, even though the new package has been deployed and available.

All I need is a visible link that can be placed on the website, so that people can click on it and access the package.

I hope I made myself much clearer now.

Thanks
