I had to change the default behaviour if you visit https://openacs.org/bugs (or the Bugs link in the header). Only bugs with critical severity will be displayed. If you want to see other bugs, just use the filters on the left, but be warned. Displaying all open bugs without filters takes 30 seconds or more.
