1) dotlrn.org
- dotlrn.org was upgraded to 2.4.1
- Emma will fix the accessibility on the public pages to move forward and publish the accessibility commitment

2. Accessibility tutorial
- ~ 1 hour + questions + login time (15 min)
- will use webex for the conference, http://support.webex.com/support/system-requirements.html
- there is a limit of 15 per room
- tentative date, 2nd week of february
