It seems there is a lack of technical information to support marketing statements. For example, where are the references to documentation that supports the statements made here: https://openacs.org/about/what-is-openacs
Maybe we need to identify information that would be useful for marketing, then get the experts (via OCT?) to provide the information, so the rest of us can summarize it for less technical audiences.
