I get

invalid command name "ec_id"

when opening ecommerce module. From what i can read this means the module is not loaded properly. I loaded via the OACS admin tools ? How can I fix, or delete the package and reload. When can one delete packages.

If I try to get to Admin for ecommerce I get

invalid command name "ec_id"

seems the ecommerce tcl libraries not loaded ?

Any help is appreciated

Did you restart AOLserver after loading ecommerce?
