I have been reading some documentation regarding virtual hosting using
AOLServer and all the references are to newer verions than the one I am
running. I have checked and do have the nsvhr module, but before I recompile
my web server and blow it up, does 3.1 like the module? I have also read some
stuff on a patch that is required, but for AOL 3.3 & 3.4
