I have finally checked dotFOLIO into the CVS repository! So it is now available to everyone. Please keep in mind that it is only a pre-release (if there is such a thing in open source :).

I will continue to work on permissions and group management. I want to get a steady platform by the next release before going ahead and developing ePortfolio specific applications that can be added to dotFOLIO.
