Runing 4.5 beta when I add a user, when I click on send email button
on the user-add-2 page. The user-add-3 page get a gets a HTTP 500
internal server error and display "The page cannot be displayed".

Have you checked the server logs?  If you're clicking on a 'send email' button and getting the error then it may be due to a problem with your mail server.

Also, it sounds like you're using MS Explorer, which deviously hides our error messages from you (and has for a couple of years).  You can turn it off but I forget how, because I just use Mozilla for my own testing during development.

At least confirm if you're testing with IE ... if not we can think more deeply.

Yep, its true I was using ie. I will check with netscape.
