Forum OpenACS Development: There is "-m" switch for CVS commit

As some users are unable to provide commit messages to the CVS I'd like to stress out that they are expected and have to be describing the things that have been done on the files changed.

Leaving no commit messages is not acceptable and if users are not adhering to use meaningful commit messages I should think about proposing a standard to the OCT for commit messages where failure to adhere to them will result in withdrawn CVS commit rights.

We have to carefully balance the right to commit (and the ease to do so) vs. the manageability of the code base and ability to quickly scan through changes.
