If we have a consistent way for distributing packages, we can say that the bare minimum needed to install other packes would make up OACS (basicly the stuff that you need for getting up the OACS installation, like core, templating....). Which would make the download even more slick. Oh, and did I mention, SuSE thinks about building an RPM to take OACS on its distribution.
