and I talked about it back in March. He was going to write up a draft
spec., and I was going to read through the current Forums codebase to
get an idea of how suitable it might be as a base for this project.
Unfortunately, I never did that. :(
I haven't been in touch with Carl since then, and don't know what
progress he made on his spec.
