Forum OpenACS Development: Announce: New Version of Request Monitor

Since a few weeks, the package repository of OpenACS.org contains a new version of the XOTcl Request Monitor with nicer graphics. Since ages, the request monitor contained an ancient version for a diagram drawer, which caused often problems for us (incorrect date/time computations, erratic lines, looping, etc.). I took the chance to update the code to use highcharts.
