I forgot to add that regarding "the exponentially larger TCL community supporting you", the Tcl Developer Exchange (www.tcl.tk) runs on AOLserver (on ACS 3.x in fact). AOLserver is mentioned often on comp.lang.tcl (

I talked to David Welker (hope I spelled that right) at LinuxWorld, and they (the Apache Tcl project) were interested in hooking up AOLserver as an application server to Apache.
So as far as the Tcl community supporting AOLserver, I don't think it's fair to imply that AOLserver does not have the Tcl community support (maybe Michael (Cleverly) will want to comment on this since he follown comp.lang.tcl very closely).
