`/dotlrn-cvsroot/dotlrn' (/dotlrn-cvsroot/dotlrn/#cvs.lock):
Permission denied
cvs server: failed to obtain dir lock in repository
`/dotlrn-cvsroot/dotlrn'
cvs [server aborted]: read lock failed - giving up

Please can some one help me . I am following the install doc of
openforce

the anonymous user is not in the dotlrn group which is causing this to
fail. Hopefully someone with sudo on the box can fix that (hint hint).
