Sorry... should have explained further.
If you've used the sms broker then all you need do is, at whatever point you want to send out an SMS you put
smsq_submit_ascii <paramaters>
in the script....
Thats it... not OpenACS4.5 or 4.6 specific...
Although, that's not going to make much of a thesis is it? ;0)
