5.10.0 openacs ad_form date widget default value has year 0000 because "template::util::leadingPad" that was ignoring empty value was deprecated and replaced by "ad_pad -left", which just adds leading zeros regardless of empty value. The file location is packages/acs-template/date-procs.tcl

this regression should be fixed by https://cvs.openacs.org/changelog/OpenACS?cs=oacs-5-10%3Aantoniop%3A20231027110851, please have a look.
