I went to that page. Tries to setup a bazillion cookies (all of which I rejected) to do some tracking for some counting thing (mafia and gangsters). By the link it looks like some sort of scam. Didn't spend more than a few seconds there.

You'd be better off not going there.

Should we disable this user?

Yes. I recommend starting with a blow to the knees, and then working from there.

Yes. That is the same domain a previous spammer came from. They get points for getting you to go to their site. This thread should be deleted also.
