Hi I was reading the Package development documentation and there is a link that should take the user to instruction to create a "development repository". That link is an ArsDigita link. Does anyone knows what the new one is.
This is the old one:

BTW - Many of the Ars Digita docs can be found at web.archive.org - hope this helps.

Luis - If you go to web.archive.org, and you cannot find an archive of that page, try changing acs40.arsdigita.com to developer.arsdigita.com.
