1. Missing
~ /acs-core-docs/www/files/qmail.rc.txt
from dotlrn-1.0-beta2 &
from openacs-4.6.2-beta2

2. How to use/configure survey module in dotlrn-1.0-beta2?

By the way, thanks for everybody's help, my dotLRN is up and running. Would appreciate if you could help me on the above though.

Can anybody pls respond to this? Would really appreciate it. Do I need to file it as a bug?

Sorry for the delay - qmail.rc.txt was missing from cvs; it has been added as of today. You can get it out of the CVS web or just create it: 
#!/bin/sh

# Using splogger to send the log through syslog.
# Using qmail-local to deliver messages to ~/Mailbox by default.

exec env - PATH="/var/qmail/bin:$PATH" \
qmail-start ./Maildir/ splogger qmail
