I'm currently working on the upgrades scripts for Sloan.  I followed the stuff posted by Andrei and Dave, but it was very rough.  I was wondering who else is working through the upgrade right now so we could collaborate.

Caroline Meeks, Dave Bauer, and I are all trying to upgrade test sites, and Jeff Davis has been fixing stuff. See this thread.

At this point I have core upgraded and I'm running into a lot of bugs upgrading the packages. Right now I'm just posting those bugs to bug tracker.
