Hi there,

As we discussed in the last meeting, let's take leadership team discussions public.

Some agenda items, mostly from f2f meeting minutes

-Next release (2.3.1), future goals
-LORS (lors-central & lorsm fixing & oracle port merge)
+SCORM support (roadmap to SCORM 2004 support)
-Integrate dotLRN in subsites (maybe to big a topic for tomorrow)
+migration path
+packges not dotLRN dependant
-Leadership team

As usual, I'm interested in getting LORS finally in good shape (improved
and fully ported) for the next release, see the above thread for my
view.

It would be nice to have all people involved in the meeting tomorrow,
remember 16GMT @ IRC

Thanks Raul for the agenda.

Here's my comments:

-LORS (lors-central & lorsm fixing & oracle port merge)
+SCORM support (roadmap to SCORM 2004 support)
-Integrate dotLRN in subsites (maybe to big a topic for tomorrow)
+migration path
+packges not dotLRN dependant

To merge LORS oracle port, first we have to merge 5.3 branch to HEAD.

Regarding .LRN moving towards subsites (https://openacs.org/forums/message-view?message_id=980950) this would be for a one-topic meeting (.LRN 3.0).

I'll try to merge 5.3 to HEAD this week or weekend.

We'll talk about it at the meeting (I can be talked out of doing it if someone else would prefer to volunteer!) but thought I'd post a heads-up here.

-->Among other things, we should discuss the integration of GRAIL (IMS-LD package) in dotLRN 2.3.1, since it was proposed by UC3M in Vienna. Hope some people form UC3M can join the meeting.

Correct me if I missed anything but remember we don't want the meeting to last more than 45 minutes.

I'd like to add to the agenda

-Communicating Leadership Team Decisions

I'd like the Leadership Team to discuss how they would like to communicate important decisions transparently to the Board.

The governance document includes the concept of the .LRN Decision Forum.

The goal behind this was to create a low volume way for .LRN Board members to follow important decisions without taking a lot of their time. The mechanism doesn't need to be a separate forum, but all of our current solutions - meeting logs, email traffic on honchos, posting to .LRN Q&A, are too high traffic to expect Board members to follow. Many of our current board members are highly placed in academia and industry, a trend we should try to continue.

I can only be at the first half of the meeting today, although you don't necessarily need me to discuss this.
